27-YEAR-OLD KITWE MAN DETAINED FOR COHABITING WITH HIS 15-YEAR-OLD LOVER
Raymond Mugala a twenty seven year old resident of Kitwe has been detained after being found cohabiting with his fifteen year old grade six lover.
Mr. Mugala, who is a general worker at Tox, a Chinese company has been charged with Defilement after being found in bed with his young lover.
According to a report with Mwebantu, it is believed that the ‘victim’ sought out to live with the suspect after he and his wife started having marital disputes.
Sharon Zulu Copperbelt Commanding officer said the incident was reported by the school headteacher.
The incident occurred between May 20th May, 2022 and July 2nd in Mugala township in Kitwe was .
“Lloyd Kamwendo, a school headmaster at Mapalo Primary School at Mugala Community, reported that,one of his grade six puplis aged 15 has been staying with her boyfriend who is older than her. Facts of the matter are that on 20th May 2022 around 24:00hours, the mother of the girl went in search of her daughter, who was not home at that time ,and was found at a Man’s house known as Raymond Zulu aged 27 of Mugala township in Kitwe,” she said.
Mr. Mugala the girl started having sex together as husband and wife until it came to the knowledge of the school head master who later informed the police. On 2nd July 2022 at round 01:00hrs officers went to his house and found
