Police detain State House “guest”

Police in Lusaka have detained lone protestor Kelvin Mukuka who had earlier marched to state house to speak out against what he see as inequality and selective application of the law.

After marching from ZICTA on lndependence Avenue to State demanding to see President Edgar Lungu police intercepted him at entrance.

After a brief heated verbal engagement with officers, Mukaka was whisked away by uniformed and plain-clothed officers before he vanished from the view of journalists.

It is not clear where he has been detained.
