A 36 Year Old Man Formally Arrested After Gazing At Girls Who Were Bathing Outside In Kasama

A 36 YEAR OLD MAN FORMALLY ARRESTED AFTER GAZING AT GIRLS WHO WERE BATHING OUTSIDE IN KASAMA.

A 36 year old man in Kasama District has formerly been charged and arrested for the offence of Indecent Curiosity which occurred on 4th November, 2021.

Northern Division Commanding Officer Desmond Mwanza has identified the man as Pethias Mwamba Mulenga of Mulenga Hill area.

Mr. Mwanza said brief facts of the case are that on 4th November,2021 around 05:20 hours the accused was found on a tree outside the wall fence of Kasama Girls Secondary School gazing at the pupils who were bathing outside their ablution block.

The Northern Division Commanding Officer said the matter was reported to the police by Mr. Musonda Evans aged 50 who is the Deputy Headmaster of the school.

Mr. Mwanza said the accused is still detained in police custody and will appear in court soon.

“Police have formerly charged and arrested Pethias Mwamba Mulenga aged 36 of Mulenga Hill One for the offence of Indecent Curiosity which occurred on 4th November,2021.” Mr. Mwanza said.

According his own confession, Pethias Mwamba Mulenga has been looking steadily and intently, especially in admiration and taking videos and still pictures of girls bathing outside their ablution block at the same school for about six years without being caught.

The accused further confessed that he is doing business with a named individual at Lusaka’s Intercity busy terminer who dealing with some foreign Nationals.

Pethias Mwamba Mulenga, a staunch supporter of the English Side football team Chelsea, tried to bribe school security officers with k1,200 but unfortunately the officers turned down the overture.

Disclosing without being coerced, Pethias Mwamba Mulenga also practice self-abuse or wank using video clips or photos he is been capturing for a period of six years.
