ACC ARRESTS FORMER MINE SUPERINTENDENT OVER A K10,000.00 BRIBE
The Anti- Corruption Commission has arrested a former mine superintendent at Mopani Copper Mine in Mufulira Millan Nkandu for corrupt practices involving K10,000.00.
Mr. Nkandu, 39, of house No.12 Mununga Road Kanseshi in Ndola, has been charged with one (1) count of Corrupt Transactions with the Private Body contrary to section 20(2) as read with section 41 of the Anti-Corruption Act No.3 of 2012 of the laws of Zambia.
