In all previous governments we used to have load shedding only at particular times within the year when the water recedes, under the UPND we have load shedding throughout the year even after having the Dubai lectures, to add to this we had another version of lectures where our prominent information minister came up with the dynamics of flood plains and how water moves slowly once it reaches the flood plains and how it will finally arrive in months past to reduce or rather end load shedding. People of Matero must be weary of bringing back anyone associated with UPND because those lectures are things that we have gone through and unless people want more lectures, then you have a choice to choose your destiny for another five years.
