Illegal Action by the JCC
When removing the Director of Public Prosecutions Lillian Shawa-Siyuni, the Judicial Complaints Commission received complaints and submission from members of the public such as Pilato (Chama Fumba) and Moses Kalonde.
Locus Standi was established as those persons just needed to be citizens.
As a citizen, I have laid a serious complaint of ethical and judicial misconduct against the Chief Justice, Dr. Mumba Malila SC and Hon. Jones Chinyama.
The JCC says I have no Locus Standi in the matter!
What a joke, what double standards….
