APC PRESIDENT NASSON MSONI COUNSELS PRESIDENT HICHILEMA TO EMPLOY DIGNITY AND DECORUM IN HIS ADDRESS TO THE NATION

It is prudent to counsel Mr Hichilema to concentrate on delivering on his promises he made to the Zambian people as opposed to publicly abusing former President Edgar Lungu.

The venomous tirade directed at the former President whilst on the Copperbelt is beneath the holder of the office of President of the republic of Zambia and is most unfortunate under the circumstances.

We urge Mr Hichilema to employ dignity and decorum in his public utterances.

it was a missed opportunity for Mr Hichilema to assure youths on the policies his government was pursuing and implementing to address youth unemployment in the country.

Needless for me to remind him that it is within the parameters of democracy for any citizen to enjoy the freedom of association and expression as enshrined in the constitution of the republic of Zambia.

In a nutshell it is such inappropriate choice of words and expressions that are collectively undermining public confidence in the entire political leadership of the country.

Citizens are looking for answers to a number of challenges they’re facing as opposed to being subjected to the spewing of invectives to a fellow adult in the presence of young people.
