IT IS TASILA WE WANT SAYS CALLERS ON I WAVE RADIO

last evening on I-WAVE Chingola station during a discussion over a better leadership under the young or old, a number of callers shared thier views with majority believing that leadership under a youthful team can achieve more compared to the older leadership before Tasila Lungu was brought up for discussion by callers  as a kind of leader who was needed at such a time as this.

A caller who goes by the name of Bashi Malani stressed that it was time overdue for a female leader to lead this nation, not only because we have had only male figures lead but because we needed new hope for the female population that has worked tirelessly for our nation to be where it is but with little recognition in our society.

Another caller who addressed herself as Bana Pundu stated that when she was younger she was more active in her community compared to now when she was of older age before she vied for youthful leadership such as the one in Burkina Faso under the youthful leadership of Ibrahim traore.

Bana Pundu did not also hesitate to mention Mrs Tasila Lungu who she believes has the right spirit and potential to take our country to greater heights.

  1. Do these people know that the same Tasila Lungu has been implicated in illegal Mukula, illegal land grab, and other cases still in court? How they think a person with suspected abuse of power can be a good leader beats me. By the way, this is the same family that has disrespected the country with the burial of the late former president, but some people still think Ms. Tasila will care about them. If unfortunately it happened, they would cry and regret greatly, just like the people in Libya are regretting in Libya for allowing the killing of Muammar Gaddafi and finding out the hard way that what they thought was better is far worse than what they had.

  2. That’s how gullible we Zambians are. One idiot shouts “you can be president”, then they believe they can be president, no programme of what to do as president. The presidency is being taken to very cheap levels. Imagine Tasila as president, just sitting and smiling. Then that’s the end of the world.

  3. On average zambian are dull. They are incapable on thinking and analysing. They rely on emotions and mob psychology. Some however, inspite of being able to think for themselves tend to put the bellies and pockets ahead of national interest. At one time even Mulenga Sata was being shepherded to succeed his father. There better men than Lungu to succeed Sata but then there was eobashilile and the vultures pounced on the slogan and even woke up judgesin the middleof the night. The rest is history. We are not different from ignorant South Africans who recalled Mbeki at the behest of hothead Malema to Ensure Zuma got the presidency. The damage done by Zuma is still being felt today

  4. She can’t manage to run a small business what about the country? What do you smoke you people? If I remember very well she grabbed government land without proper procedure to be followed.Zambia ,what’s wrong with you people?
