BREAKING NEWS:

LUSAMBO HANDED TWO-YEAR JAIL SENTENCE

The Luanshya Magistrate Court has found former Copperbelt and Lusaka Province Minister Bowman Lusambo guilty of assaulting former National Democratic Congress (NDC) party member Stanley Musukwa during a by-election incident in 2019.

Lusambo has been handed a 24-month jail sentence with hard labor for unlawful wounding.

  1. So kwasila Bowman has criminal record.
    No more contesting for Parliamentary seat. Like a joke! He knew the verdict no wonder panshi palikosele but ceiling or sky is not the limit kikikik.

    And ECL wants to claim the judiciary rigged? The injured party will he ever look the same?
    Some people have a wierd perception and sense of entitlement? They matter and the rest of Zambia doesnt.

  3. Good that the Court has not only sentenced him to a jail term but also denied him bail pending appeal. Otherwise, when shall all these convicts serve prison sentence?
