CBU STUDENTS RIOT
Police have allegedly fired teargas canisters at protesting Copperbelt University students who stormed the streets overnight.
Zambia Digest reports that the students are protesting the decision by the dean to chase the squatters.
Students teamed up to protest the move claiming CBU was failing to provide accommodation for the students.
The students therefore argued that the decision to chase squatters was harsh forcing them to storm the streets.
