A 27-year- Chinese national who is wanted by the Malawian authorities for allegedly filming Malawian children in Lilongwe and selling the demeaning videos for profit in China has been convicted and fined by the Chipata magistrate court for unlawful entry and unlawful stay in Zambia.
Chipata Resident Magistrate Mercy Chibo fined K13,000 in both counts.
