Court orders former president Edgar Lungu’s barber to be taken to hospital

Lusaka High Court Judge M.D Bowa has ordered that former president Edgar Lungu’s barber Shabby Chilekwa be taken to the hospital.
This is according to an order signed by Justice Bowa dated February 11, 2022.
“Upon hearing counsel for the defendant and upon reading the affidavit of Sheeby Chilekwa and Annette Chela Chilekwa filed herein. It is now and hereby adjudged that the application for an order to admit the applicant to hospital for medical attention be and is hereby granted,” stated Justice Bowa.
“And it is further ordered that the applicant should be taken to the University Teaching Hospital UTH in Lusaka forthwith in the presence of his lawyers.”
