Cristiano Ronaldo just needs to let football go.
Mikel Obi has given a brutal reaction to Cristiano Ronaldo’s performance against Wales, questioning whether the Portuguese superstar can still deliver after missing several chances:
“To be sincere, Cristiano Ronaldo just needs to let football go. He doesn’t seem to realise that football is no longer on his side. He had so many opportunities that he needed to score but couldn’t convert them. Many of his fans still believe he can do better, but I don’t think so.”
Mikel’s comments are bound to divide Ronaldo fans, especially after a performance where the Portuguese forward had opportunities but failed to find the net.
Do you agree with Mikel Obi, or does Ronaldo still have something left to prove? 👀
