DEBT RECOVERY REMITTED FOR ALL CIVIL SERVANTS AND DEBT SWAP TO BE INITIATED IN DECEMBER
The Civil Servants are in jubilation as the New Dawn Government has remitted their money after the government deducted.
Minister of Finance Dr.Musokotwane today met the board of directors at the ministry of finance to iron out pending issues concerning Civil Servants.
The Minister said that it’s the will of the PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema to see to into that the Dept swap is initiated next month so that the government can possibly look at the ways and means of improving salaries for civil servants as a priority next year January.
Dr.Musokotwane also commended the directors for remitting the dept recovery back to civil servants.
The new Dawn Government has set the eyes on employing more teachers and improving the working conditions of all the civil servants.
“A good number of Civil Servants voted for us and we will not disappoint them.We will make sure that the debt swap is initiated next month and make sure that salary increment promise is also taken care of early next year,”said Finance Minister.
