I’ AM WAITING FOR VEIL TO LIFT OATH OF SECRECY-SIYUNI
DPP LILIAN SIYUNI WON’T TESTIFY AT JCC UNTIL OARTH OF SECRECY IS LIFTED
Says she can only do so after her Oath of Secrecy is waived.
Director of Public Prosecutions ( DPP) Lilian Shawa Siyuni has refused to testify at hearing scheduled by the Judicial Complaints Commission ( JCC).
Mrs. Siyuni says she can only do that once President Hakainde Hichilema lifts her oath of secrecy.
She was accompanied to the hearing by her Lawyer Abraham Mwansa former Solicitor General in the Patriotic Front government.
All matters have since been adjourned indefinately.
