President Edgar Lungu on Wednesday officially handed over a school in Monze, Bweengwa constituency in Southern Province.
President Lungu built this school as a personal contribution to the community in the area using his own personal resources.

I ASKED THIS QUESTION BECAUSE PF POLITICIANS CANNOT HAVE OMITTED THE BROADCASTING LIVE OF THE GROUND BREAKING DAY (LAYING OF THE FOUNDATION STONE) BY ECL TO THE WHOLE WORLD VIA SATELLITE.
