Edgar Lungu Is A Destructive Ex- Who Has Failed To Heal- Lusaka Business Man Dillion Mayangwa

Lusaka business man Dillion Mayangwa has charged that former president Edgar Lungu is a destructive ex- who has failed to heal.

Yesterday, Lungu, in a masked political comedy show, mocked President Hakainde Hichilema’s government on load-shedding, high cost of fuel and mealie meal, saying: “nalelanda ati boza, wenye mwalenseka.”

Reacting to Lungu’s show, Mayangwa said the former president should be the last person to comment on the suffering of Zambians.

He said such suffering mainly emanates from Zambia’s huge debts, acquired by Lungu’s regime and generally bad governance and corruption of the said regime.

Mayangwa said Lungu should move on and heal from the 2021 election loss.

“Former president Edgar Lungu is a destructive ex- who has failed to move on. Yes, it’s true things haven’t been rosy but recovering is a process. It is his poor leadership that has left us at crossroads economically,” he said.

“ECL and his clique should sit back, watch and learn. Just like the way HH’s government has managed the load-shedding, so shall they manage the mealie meal and fuel struggles.’

Mayangwa indicated that mocking Zambia would not change the narrative that Lungu was massively rejected, through the ballot in August 2021.

“Yes, ECL and his friends can mock Zambians for the current hardship but never shall Zambia be back to the bloody cadreism and poor leadership,” noted Mayangwa.

“We are on positive and confident that all shall be well and Zambia will be back on track.”
