EFF  President Kasonde Mwenda  jailed  for three months  for unlawful assembly

Opposition Leader Kasonde Mwenda has been convicted by Lusaka magistrates court for unlawful assembly.

Economic Freedom Fighters leader Kasonde Mwenda and 13 others have been jailed to three months simple imprisonment for unlawful assembly.


Lusaka magistrate Amy Masoja-Chilangwa has, however, suspended the whole sentence.


Mwenda and his co-accused will walk to freedom after being cleared by law enforcers.

      This is what is making Zambians resolved to get rid of Hakainde in 2026.
      He should go, and he will go.
      Come 2026 I will vote against Nellie Mutti ‘s Parliament
      I will vote against Mumba Malila’s Judiciary
      I will vote against IG Musamba’ Zambia Police Service
      I will vote against Hakainde’s Misrule
      I will vote against the deterioration of governance, and democratic institutions
      That’s what will be on the Ballot in 2026
