ERDOĞAN: “THOSE HOSTILE TO TURKEY WILL BE DEFEATED”
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan says Ankara harbors no hostility toward anyone but will continue pursuing its path as an independent, stable and prosperous state, despite the challenges posed by its strategic geography.
«“We will never allow this path to be blocked. Those disturbed by the strengthening of our country and its efforts to establish peace and stability in its region will not be able to divert us from our goal,” Erdoğan said.»
He added:
«“Make no mistake: no one has the power to change the course of history. Turkey will shake hands with its friends, embrace its loved ones and reunite with its brothers. Those who are friends with Turkey will triumph, while those who harbor hostility will be defeated.”»
Erdoğan’s remarks underline Ankara’s determination to pursue an increasingly independent foreign policy while expanding its regional influence.
