FATHER IMPREGNATES DAUGHTER
A 14-year-old girl of Beenzu Village in Nyawa chiefdom, Kazungula District, has been impregnated by her 34-year-old father.
The father who is now at large, is suspected to have been defiling his daughter between April, 2023 and 11th October, 2024.
On 11th October, 2024, around 01:00 hours, the wife to the suspect found him on top of their daughter having carnal knowledge of her.
Confirming the incident, Southern Province Commissioner of Police, Auxensio Daka, says when the suspect was asked what he was doing by the wife, he responded that he was shaving her on her private part and later ran away.
The matter was reported to Kalomo Police by the girl’s 60-year-old grandfather of the same abode.
