The Dichotomy of figures in the 2022 Budget!
So, a very simple addition of figures in the 2022 budget has shown that Finance Minister Situmbeko Musokotwane misled us by presenting false figures.
When you add figures, you get $130 billion and NOT $172 billion. So as a country we don’t need to borrow and it is clear that someone is hiding a balance of $37.2 billion dollars. Where is it? Why did Honorable Musokotwane present lies to Parliament?
Was it an oversight or an intentional undertaking?
OK, let me ask it this way; Did H.E President Hakainde Hichilema also not go through the figures? If he didn’t, why did he not? If he did, why didn’t he see the dichotomy in figures?
Let us not mislead each other. Jokes aside.
