Patriotic Front PF member Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba has been arrested and denied bond at Woodlands Police Station awaiting court appearance tomorrow, Party Acting Secretary General Nickson Chilangwa has confirmed.
GBM Charged and arrested for offences related to failure to disclose interest in companies that supplied goods and services to Zambia Army and Zambia Airforce.
THE FOLLOWING ARE THE 24 CHARGES SLAPPED ON GBM:
5 relating to Army contracts
3 relating to ZAF contracts
1 Money laundering
15 being in possession of property suspected to be proceedings of crime.
Total – Twente-four (24) charges.
