GOVERNMENT INCREASES FERTILIZER UNDER FISP
Government has increased the number of bags of fertilizer to be given to farmers under the farmers input support program-FISP.
President Hakainde Hichilema has announced through a post on his facebook page that farmers will now be getting six bags of fertilizer from four and a 10kg bag of seed.
He says this will be the same for farmers who are either on direct inputs or voucher modality.
President Hichilema says fixing FISP is the beginning, there are more changes to come adding that the 2022/2023 farming season more reforms that will make Zambia and Zambians food secure.
