DP COURT UPDATE
HARRY KALABA RUNS AWAY FROM ATTENDING COURT.

Mr Harry Kalaba who is gasping for his political life in DP this morning, ran away from attending court.
This was in a matter where Harry Kalaba has been annihilated by DP office bearers Justine Nkonge, Judith Kabemba and Evans Chilambwe for abbrogating the Constitution.
Mr Kalaba who among other misconducts has been making illegal and unilateral appointments of former PF ministers and MPs into the National Committee of the Party, Non disclosure and non accountability of funds and also that the office of President is not provided for in the DP Constitution.
Mr Harry Kalaba is now avoiding the matter to take effect by raising preliminary issues through his lawyer contending that the DP legal constitution was a bit faint on one of the pages. He was since asked through his lawyer to just humble himself and get a page he is claiming not to be clear from the Plaintiffs.
The Judge has since advised that we the Plaintiffs raise defenses to counter the preliminary issue next week on Wednesday, 3rd November 2021.
