FORMER Kabwe Central MP Tutwa Ngulube has told First Lady Mutinta Hichilema that her husband lied to Zambians about the status of late Fourth Republican President Rupiah Bwezani Banda.
HON. TUTWA S Ngulube was responding to Mrs. Hichilema on her official Facebook page were she offered condolences to the Banda family.
And Ngulube has told the first lady that her husband President Hakainde Hichilema did not evacuate Rupiah Banda, hence the former head of state died from home.
