HH PARDONS 759 INMATES AHEAD OF CHRISTMAS

President Hakainde Hichilema has pardoned 759 inmates to commemorate Christmas Day.
Home Affairs Minister Jack Mwiimbu has disclosed the pardoning of 759 inmates who include 712 ordinary inmates, 12 senior ones, 4 convicted females with circumstantial children and 14 foreigners.
Hope the foreigners will be deported immediately.
Hope this doesn’t include the PF thieves and violent cadres.
