HH WAS SHOCKED TO HEAR HE RECEIVED $20M FROM TSHISEKEDI, HAMASAKA TELLS COURT
STATE House Chief Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka has told the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that President Hakainde Hichilema was shocked to hear that he had received US$20 million from his Congolese counterpart, Felix Tshisekedi.
Hamasaka also told the court that he was prompted to report Dr Fred M’membe to the police because of the falsehoods that characterised a statement he made.
Meanwhile, Hamasaka has told the court that he neither knows nor runs the social media platform known as ‘Koswe’.
This is in a matter where Socialist Party leader, Dr M’membe, is charged with one count of Seditious Practices Contrary to Section 60(1)(b) of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia. It is alleged that on July
