Hichilema’s determination to control the Judiciary, this complaint is a joke from a cadre but may result in the removal of 3 Concourt Judges
Moses Kalonde, Complainant, in the case of 3 suspended Conccourt Judges
Former MMD cadre under Matero Constituency Moses Kalonde and now a runner for an identified State House official, explains gis complaints against the 3 Constitutional Judges that resulted in the suspension by President Hakainde Hichilema.
On 23rd September 2024, State House announced that President Hichilema had suspended Justice Palan Mulonda, Justice Mugeni Mulenga and Justice Anne Sitali following recommendations by the Judicial Complaints Commission, who had received the complaint from the Matero cadre.
Kalonde is associated with an NGO called Youth Network Against Violence, was recently used by State House to complain against former President Edgar Lungu regarding his pensions and benefits abd has been a witness against Joseph Malanji and Raphael Nakacinda.
Mr bwamba, all the pfools cadres even in judiciary or police everywhere in the system are being fished out whether you like it or what! Just start preparing for bye elections coz your pfool MP’s are also on the way out!!
Ba Mwamba, the bottom line is, is there credence to his complaint? If there is, then it does not matter if the complainant is a UPND cadre or not. If there isn’t, the case will be thrown out.
My personal opinion is that the constitutional court judges acted less than honourably and brought the constitutional court into redicule.
The rulings of the constitutional court since its inception have not inspired confidence in our justice system. It was almost like a tool for Mr. Lungu and his PF to get their way. So the noise from ba Mwamba is not surprising.
