State House spokesperson Clayson Hamasaka has questioned how a “chap” like Citizens First leader Harry Kalaba who fails to field candidates in some by-elections can expect to beat President Hakainde Hichilema in a general election.
And Hamasaka has insisted that the Zambian Constitution doesn’t require the President to declare his assets outside the general elections.

Some of these people, know too well that they can’t defeat HH in an election,they are like summers, they want to be chewing money from the unsuspecting sponsors who can’t read the Zambian Politics.They don’t have where to take their money.I wish they could just sponsor young farmers in our country.Zambia could produce all crops with bumper harvest.
