HOW THEY STOLE MONEY THROUGH FERTILIZER CONTRACTS
President HH has made knee breaking revalations on how President Lungu made millions of dollars through fertilizer contracts. This year alone, the humble leader with his Toyota fan Cargo Agric minister made about USD 225,000,000 from fertilizer contracts.
The republican President says Dr. Lungu through his Minister was buying one tone of fertilizer at USD 1,200/tonne when world prices where at USD 450. Meaning they where making USD 750 per tonne. If you multiply that figure to the 300,000 metric tonnes you end up having USD 225 Million.
The unfortunate part is that only 63% of the fertilizer has been supplied so far despite President Lungu claiming that all of it was delivered. Worse still, government already paid the full amount.
This is the man who removed meal allowances from students in a bid to minimize government expenditure.
