I HAVE BEEN EJECTED FROM A PROVINCIAL LOCAL GOVT ASSOCIATION MEETING FOR HAVING RETURNED SUBSTANCE ALLOWANCE

Fellow citizens, I am disappointed to announce to you that I have been ejected from a Local Government Association of Zambia (LGAZ) Western chapter meeting in Kaoma, for having returned un used subsistenc allowance.
All Council Chairpersons for Western Province are here together with principal officers for this important meeting, but I was singled out and forced to apologise for retiring one-night un used subsistence allowance.
A peer whose identity I will withhold for now, even accused me of being arrogant and he moved a motion that I should be ejected from the meeting, which action was actualised.
I stood my ground and refused to apologise for returning un used movey because after all, I swore accountability to the people of Mongu district, who deserve every ngwee they can get to improve their welfare.
