IBA DG MURDER SUSPECTS APPEAR IN COURT
Independent Broadcasting Authority-IBA- Management Accountant, Francis Chipyoka and three other murder suspects have appeared before Magistrate Mwenya Mutinta for explanation of the charge.
Magistrate Mwenya has however adjourned the matter to October 7, 2024 for committal to the high court.
Chipyoka and three others are jointly charged with one count of murder.
In this matter, the suspects are accused of murdering -IBA- Director General Guntila Muleya.
In another matter, a handwriting specialist has testified that late former Zambia Airforce Commander Ronnie Shikapwasha’s handwriting could have been forged.
