Unfortunately we have individuals who still hold the view that their tribesmen will vote for them even when it’s beyond question that they are “useful idiots”.Yes they might get votes based on tribe but definitely not enough to win them an election.We still have individuals who vote based on tribe, these are individuals today who are even defending criminals from facing justice simply because they are tribemates.They’re saying ” yes we know he’s a thief,but he’s our thief!”.
We know them and Zambia knows them too.Those spineless political criminals who survive on tribe and not on brains.Once the law visits them, they scream tribe expecting their tribesmen to jump to their rescue as if when they were stealing,they were stealing on behalf of their tribe.We know them and how I wish one of them could be given a long deterrent jail sentence to send a strong signal that Zambians no longer cherish tribalism.It is very embarrassing to live with such characters in the same society.These are society misfits that should be separated and placed in their rightful place for possible reform….jail!
It’s sad that these characters still entertain the view that all of 2.8m who voted for President Hakainde made a mistake, that they voted him because of tribe.They don’t believe that President Hakainde was voted into office based on his capacity devoid of any tribe considerations.
As a matter of fact, President Hakainde’s one year in office has proved that Zambians made the right decision compared to his competitors.Just ask a question to any apolitical citizen to close his eyes and imagine how Zambia should have been today had PF won those August 2021 general elections! Just that thought makes many Zambians shudder with fear.
These are the same characters who were driving our economy into negatives and today they want to convince Zambians that they can do better, what has changed? Are they not the same characters who were governing this country while attempting to force everyone to be singing PF songs.
These are the same faces that were in leadership yesterday whose last cabinet excluded the entire Southern Province…third most populated…. from having representation and today they want to convince us that they can unite Zambia, really? These are the same characters who still believe in tribalism even when it is clear that Zambians hate that, I really fail to understand how PF thinks it can bounce back, just how?????
