Jahman Enters Parliament
This is Charles Tembo – the newly elected Member of Parliament for Kaumbwe in Eastern Province.
He stood as Independent and beat all political party candidates. He has taken Oath of Office in Parliament but donned an interesting hairstyle.
I hope we shall not have a “Point of Order” on his curled hair or is it dreads?
