JAY BANDA’S ABDUCTION CASE DISMISSED

The Lusaka High Court has dismissed with costs the matter in which fugitive Petauke Member of Parliament Emmanuel Jay Banda sued the state seeking among other reliefs, damages for his alleged abduction.
The matter has been dismissed for want of prosecution.
In a ruling made by Justice Mwape Bowa, since the matter was restored, there has never been any attendance by all the parties involved.
