JUDITH KABEMBA GIVEN SIX HOUR ULTIMATUM TO DEACTIVATE THE “DP MEDIA PLATFORM”, A WHATSAPP GROUP SHE CREATED.
The Harry Kalaba Democratic Party (DP) faction is demanding that Judith Kabemba should deactivate the WhatsApp group called “DP Media platform” which she created immediately.
According to the letter of demand through Messrs LM chambers, Ms. Kabemba must deactivate the WhatsApp Group within six hours after receiving the letter, affirming that failure to do so the Harry Kalaba faction shall institute contempt proceedings.
In the letter it is alleged that it is contemptuous for Judith Kabemba to create such a WhatsApp group when there is an active case in Court.
Meanwhile, Mr Justine Nkonge has described the letter of demand from Messrs LM chambers as rubbish.
He has since challenged the Harry Kalaba faction to being any contemptuous issues as he is ready for any law suit.
