JULDAN BUS CRASH SURVIVOR LEAVES HOSPITAL, FAMILY SPEAKS OUT

A minor who survived the tragic Juldan bus accident on Kafue Road has been discharged from the hospital after undergoing one month and 15 days of treatment for a broken thigh.

The accident, which occurred on October 15, 2024, claimed four lives and left 29 people seriously injured.

The grandfather of the surviving minor, Christopher Mooya, who lost his daughter in the accident, has called for transparency from Juldan Buses in their dealings with the affected families.

Speaking out, Mr. Mooya emphasized that the family is not seeking sympathy or financial handouts but rather the truth about the company’s response to the tragedy.

The family has expressed deep frustration and sadness, alleging that Juldan Buses has failed to communicate clearly and has not provided adequate support to those affected.

They are now calling on the bus company, owned by Juldan Watanga, to release a detailed account of the assistance rendered to the victims and their families.
