Wynter Munacaambwa Kabimba

By Michael Kaluba

Opposition Rainbow Party Leader Wynter Kabimba has accused President Hakainde Hichilema of prioritizing the perception of outsiders than attending to the challenges affecting Zambians that voted his government into power.

Mr. Kabimba is of the view that nothing has changed since elections to show that there was a regime change because citizens still face all the ills they complained against during the Patriotic Front government reign such as the high cost of living, load shedding, the exchange rate and water challenges among others.

In an interview, Mr. Kabimba has charged that the head of state has also politicized the fight against corruption and is interfering in the role of investigative wings in the crusade against graft.

He says the President should allow investigative wings to do their job to convince Zambians that there was massive corruption under the PF regime while he channels his energy towards alleviating the numerous challenges that Zambians are facing including lack of employment for the youths.
