KAMBWILI PROTESTS FISP GUIDELINES AT CEMETERY

By Victoria Kayeye Yambani

Patriotic Front Member Chishimba Kambwili has protested against the revised Farm Input Support Programme guidelines which he has described as detrimental and suffocating beneficiaries.

Dr. Kambwili carried out his lone protest at the Leopards Hill Cemetery in Lusaka to demonstrate how many people have died of poverty, and restricting FISP intake
is a death sentence for many vulnerable people.

He says it has come to his attention that government has changed FISP guidelines, which have disqualified all Social Cash Transfer and Pensioners.

But Ministry of Agriculture Permanent Secretary Green Mbozi says there is nothing strange about what the ministry has done because they are just implementing what has always been there.

He says it is only logical that those that that arent qualified do not disadvantage the most vulnerable that need support.

  1. Mr. CHISUSHI,
Indeed this man has not respect to the departed. Well how can he as he has bn linked to theft of rail sidings which resulted in death. Mr. Chisushi now that you have seen Pfools have sidelined you you want to be relevant. The more you try the worse you become. Look at the video and see how silly you look.
“I will sell my soul to the devil if Dora silya joins the Pf.”
    Shame.

  2. CK always miscalculates his moves and that has marred his political road and if he is not careful, very soon he will be resting in a political dust bin. If I were him, I would have been protesting about the millions of kwacha and dollars stolen by some of our former leaders and that could have won him a lot of sympathy from the general populace. But here is a person who happens to be a very senior and an experienced politician wasting his time on the street and at the grave yard lone protesting, how many people have died just out of mere changing of the FISP guidelines compared to thousands if not millions of people who died in abject poverty because their money was stolen by some politicians. Imagine how much social cash transfer money was stolen, how much pension money was stolen or misapplied, thousands of retirees died without ever seeing their money and the gentleman could not or cannot protest for all that? It’s like we don’t know what to do with the freedom that we are enjoying now and thanks to the new dawn government for that freedom. Anyway, politicians can do anything, it could also be another way of getting into the grave yard for other businesses, remember at one time how he laughed at his cousin friend, ati baya ku Mbala mukulya ……, limbi nabena baliya ku manda mukulya ……

  3. The list of beneficiaries needs to be cleaned to take out those who don’t qualify.

There are one man cooperatives that draw imputs, civil servants, state enterprise and private sector employees, cadres who are not farmers. Most of these people draw seed and fertilizer and sale it in our markets.

These people deny those who genuinely need to be on the list of beneficiaries and need to be cleaned from the list.

Then there are those chairmen of cooperatives who go to collect inputs on behalf of other cooperative members but end up telling stories and swindling colleques.

  4. Kambwili you look foolish and sound insane. This is the same law that was there. You must have been a beneficiary of FISP. There was a lot of crockery why did you not protest during PF.

  5. PROTESTING AT LEOPARDS HILL CEMETERY? “PROTEST” IS JUST A COVER LABEL, THERE MUST HAVE BEEN RITUALS AND INVOCATIONS! WHATEVER THE CASE KAMBWILI’S MIND/ BRAIN MUST BE SUBJECTED TO TESTS. HE IS STILL TRAUMATIZED BY THE AUG.2021 PF LOSS!
