Nothing irregular about Kampyongo’s property-witness

State Witness from Ministry of Lands in the case of Shiwang’andu Member of Parliament Hon. Stephen Kampyongo and Wife Wanziya Chirwa Kampyongo says he did not notice any irregularity in the properties belonging to the two and has stated that the correct procedure in acquiring the properties was duly followed.
