Has she even appealed the conviction and sentence or she just wants bail??
Mrs Lusambo was clever not to agree to possessions which she didn’t understand the channels of acquisition. Why do they say a coward hyena lives long.I really feel bad for the other younger lady.We ask God to take care of her where ever she is.
In the past, convicts would get bail pending appeal from SubCourt, High Court, Court of Appeal all the way to the Supreme Court, dragging the case for years. The case in point is that of Katele Kalumba. Now, the Courts have made it a point that convicts should serve jail term, never mind the pending appeal.
The husband steals, the wife pays. Wives make sure your husband’s don’t put stolen assets in your name to hide from the law. This is what will happen.
