KAWANA DISMISSES PRESIDENTIAL SHIRT POST AS FAKE NEWS
Ministry of Information and Media Permanent Secretary Thabo Kawana has dismissed as fake news a social media post alleging that a shirt he wore featuring Zambian presidents excluded late President Edgar Lungu.
Kawana said the shirt featured all Zambian presidents and that the claim was false information previously debunked in 2024 through close-up photographs shared on social media.
He accused individuals of recycling the claim to spread misinformation, insisting that evidence had already been made public.
