Leaked Footage Shows U.S.-Built AH-6i Little Bird Helicopters Leaving Thai Port
Footage has emerged showing eight U.S.-built Boeing AH-6i Little Bird light attack helicopters being transported on trucks after leaving a port in Thailand.
The helicopters are believed to be part of the Royal Thai Army’s acquisition of eight AH-6i aircraft from the United States.
The appearance of the helicopters suggests the aircraft have arrived in Thailand, but an official handover to the Royal Thai Army has not yet been announced.
The AH-6i is designed for armed reconnaissance, light attack and special operations support, and will strengthen Thailand’s aerial reconnaissance and light attack capabilities.
