Learn mannerisms, Kawana tells Emmanuel, Nakachinda
Information permanent secretary Thabo Kawana says PF secretary general Raphael Nakachinda and chairperson for information Emmanuel Mwamba must learn manners in the way they conduct themselves, after the two claimed that they had been stopped from accessing City Airport premises, together with vice-president Given Lubinda by the authorities to receive Chishimba Kambwili.
“Why you? Honourbale (Brian) Mundubile is coming from there, honourable Kapyanga is coming from there. All these MPs are coming from there. But why just you? Why do you attract this disorderly conduct, lyonse? Check yourselves,” said Kawana. “There is a problem the way you conduct yourselves. There is no culture (responding to assertions about the behaviour from authorities), learn mannerisms. You can’t, you can’t every time you go somewhere ndimwe muyambana nabantu (you are always arguing with others).”

Kawana the man without a job description and just spongeing on our taxes, You are not an Ethics Lecturer to start coaching opposition leaders on how to behave. We dont have the Moral Police in Zambia. Its not Saudi Arabia
It is true.. Mwamba and Nakadancer are very provocative and petty. They always look for loose ends from ruling Party always complaining. They are the one even misleading ECL. Yes they should learn good manners and public relations.
They both don’t believe in that. Thabo Kawana called a Spade a Spade.
Hon Mundubile was given a stage to speak it was all sense after sense. The President of Lawyers also sense after sense befitting the situation.
Mwamba given a stage it is chance to “shinina” the government not learning why they were barred. It’s like he doesn’t know he is a nuisance. Unfortunately he was met with back follow force from Mr Kawana. But still he was petty! Some big bodies have small babies in them.
This was good for Mwamba and Nakachinda…sometimes people you work with will not openly tell you that you are a nuisance. Its good The PS put you where you belong. If truly you were stopped from entering KKIA for orderly sake then that was great so that you reflect and introspect.
Listening to the three of them you can definitely see who is lying and trying to make mountains with nothing. Ati these are the things they will correct when they form government, nothing like that will happen
At least that was a fair show by PS Thabo kawana because those three PF surrogates are the ones that cause confusion were ever they are, they are bitter and very bitter to an extent of not wanting to ruled by the new dawn government.
The Nakachinda and Mwamba may have gone to the City Airport with different intentions.The rest had gone there to show love and sympathy for the accident victims and to give strength and hope.Why trying to unnecessarily embarrasse the PS who went to receive hon Kambwili and other accident victims on behalf of government and people of Zambia.The two comrades don’t have Zambian culture one can even wonder if they are really true Zambians.They just exposed them selves as heartless liars who want to gain some political mileage on any occasion.Let us pray for our brothers the accident victims so that they recover quickly and give them hope.We must comfort the family for the loss of the beloved brothers and uncles.
But for real Emmanuel Mwamba, Rspheal Nakachinda including their Muzungu belela- uyu citeni Given Lubinda are a problem. Surely at their level, people who held big positions in government can always behave like that even at the location like that where someone who is very sick because of an accident and is being received and yaken to the hospital but with them it is always finding chance to provoke someone for the sake of changing the situation to lies, instead of the story and situation being of thinking about their coleagues condition and commit everything in the hands of the Lord. Additionally, whatever the situation and reflect on life and living if such can happen to their friend, i mean ths accident
Like P.S. Kawana rightly said, why always the three especially him mwamba and Nakacinda. They even had the audacity to say, bringing the cool but very mature and wise Kawana to their planned evil short interview was to show his arrogance. Surely nakacinda? You can mess up and play with Thabo Kawana? You can play with others but not P.S. Kawana or Mark Simuwe. These two guys will tell you the truth and who you are. Did you see what in the end you mwamba did? knowing that Kawana was undressing the two of you, your clothed lies and arrogance, you mwamba tried to interrupt but P.S.Kawana was firm and standing on the basis of truth, and truth to his words then you mr. mwamba abruptly cut off your planned evil interview and vanished as a big lier and loser.
Please! Mwamba and nakacinda lern good manners. See how you are embarrassing chagwa every time he opens up his mouth it is every time nothing of value coming out of him who was a president of this country at one time.
Look even at your level, where you reached as an ambassador and cabinet minister now then in brackets – look at the mess your suspended corncourt judges have reached and exposed themselves; i am very sure some of you, you misled them and now are juat moving up and down as if they completely don’t know the law. Please learn good manners and grow up for once for the sake of the nation.
If they were stopped from entering the airport that is great . What assistance were they going to render to the injured people? Nothing apart from disrupting medical personnel (paramedics from doing their work and causing unnecessary traffic connections. Even the Airforce personnel should not have been there, unless they are medical paramedics. In fact the ambulance should have been driven close to the plane and then remove the injured using wheeled stretcher and straight wheel the stretchers in the ambulances. Strictly no spectators of any kind not even the relatives. Relatives could visit the hospital after the injured had been attended to. You don’t need ichimpwena in an emergency situation.
Both Mr. Mwamba and Mr. Nakachinda are immature. They believe that being confrontational and telling lies is good politics.
They need to grow up and conduct themselves in a more respectful manner. Unfortunately, in Mr. Lungu’s PF universe, such misfits are highly regarded, hence their elevation within the party hierarchy.
