MAHOGANY AIRLINE AND THE FAILURE TO PROVIDE PAID SERVICES
The Mahogany Airline saga does not smell any corruption, malpractices and no need to burden the ACC with pressure to investigate.
Moreso that the ministry officials even exposed this failure means the contraction was an open secret.
Had there been kickbacks, the ministry officials would have kept quiet and push for quiet diplomacy on the matter but nay!
This is a simple case of non-delivery of goods or services as agreed which should prompt a full refund to be made by Mahogany Airline.
Failure for the refund by Mahogany will be a case of obtaining money by false pretence which now the law enforcement agencies must get to be interested in and open the case for possible prosecution.
