MILES SAMPA, GIVEN LUBINDA, CHILANGWA CASE PUSHED TO MARCH

By New Dawn Reporter
THE matter in which embattled PF aspiring candidate, Miles Sampa has sued acting party president Given Lubinda and his acting party secretary general Nickson Chilangwa has been adjourned.

When the matter came up for interparte hearing this morning, lawyers representing Lubinda and Chilangwa from Makebi Zulu Advocates applied for an adjourned because the documents were served on them late.

High Court Judge Timothy Katenekwa has since adjourned the matter to 3rd March, 2023 for the interpartehearing.

Lubinda and and Chilangwa will also file their submissions.

Sampa ran to Court after the PF leadership suspended him from the party for 6 weeks for what they described as gross indiscipline.

However, Sampa applied before court to have his suspension halted and to have Lubinda and Chilangwa stopped from masquerading as party president and secretary general.
