MINISTRY OF EDUCATION CLEARS AND ADDS 800 TEACHERS RECRUITED IN 2020 AND 2021 ON THE PAYROLL
The ministry of education has cleared 800 teachers who were recruited in 2020 and 2021 but were not put on payroll hence adding them the payroll to have thier salaries processed so that they can receive thier salaries with the next two weeks.
This was confirmed by the permanent secretary in the ministry of education during our engagement today.
As earlier communicated today, the government is working round the clock to ensure that all deserving teachers with right appointment letters and academic credentials are added to the payroll by 12th August 2022.
