MOTORIST WITH HABIT OF THREATENING COUNCIL WORKERS WITH GUN WHENEVER CAR IS CLAMPED REPORTED TO POLICE
The Ndola City Council has reported a trigger happy man to the police for repeatedly threatening council car park attendants in town with a firearm.
Public Relations Manager Rebecca Mushota tells Diamond News that management received a report from three female employees that twice a gun has allegedly been pointed at them by the unknown man for clamping his motor vehicle on a wrong car park he frequents.
Diamond News witnessed the brief dramatic scene that frightened the council workers and want police to arrest the irate man because they fear he will one day injure or kill one of them for merely discharging the duties of the local authority.
