OUR CASE IS OVER- Nolle Prosequi

We wish to inform the nation that today Thursday 28th October 2021 our trial concluded as the court entered a Nolle Prosequi.

We wish to thank all those who worked hard during this trial and especially our families.

We dedicate this day to the late Dorothy Makulusha who was one of our co-accussed but unfortunately died before the conclusion of the matter.

The pain, the disturbance, the grievance of this can’t be compared to the joy of knowing that our nation has been reborn.

To my co-accussed may God continue to give you strength.
