MUKANDILA CASE TAKES A LEGAL TURN

Patrick Chulu Legal Practitioners have confirmed that they have taken up Mr. Celestine Mambula Mukandila’s case over the cancellation of his NRC and Passport under the Law Association of Zambia (LAZ) Pro Bono Scheme.
The development raises important public-interest questions around due process, accountability, access to justice and the protection of citizens’ rights.
The matter will now undergo legal scrutiny, with the facts and legality of the decisions to be determined through the appropriate legal process.
